Step-by-Step International Recruitment Process

We have designed a structured and transparent recruitment process to guide you from

• If shortlisted, we will schedule an initial screening interview.

 

: Interview & Job Offer
• Attend an online interview with potential employers (NHS Trusts, private
hospitals, care homes, or educational institutions).
• If successful, you will receive a job offer with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS)
from the employer.

To work as a registered nurse in the UK, you must complete the Nursing and Midwifery Council(NMC) UK registration process:
1 Self-Assessment & Eligibility Check – Ensure you meet the NMC registration requirements.
2 English Language Proficiency – Pass IELTS (7.0 overall) or OET (B grade).
3 Computer-Based Test (CBT) – An online exam to assess nursing knowledge.
4 Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) – A practical skills test taken in the UK.
5 Final NMC Registration – Once you pass all stages, you will receive your NMC Pin Number,
allowing you to work as a registered nurse in the UK.
