How can I start a healthcare staffing agency?
Plan the clients you will serve, how you will recruit and check staff, how you will manage assignments, and how you will fund wages before clients pay. This Serenity Alley opportunity lets a selected partner develop an HCA staffing division with agreed brand and operational support.
Can I start a SEN recruitment business?
Yes, the second available division focuses on SEN teaching assistants and education staffing. You would need a credible plan to build school relationships and manage safeguarding and candidate checks.
Do I need recruitment experience?
No specific job title is required to enquire. We welcome transferable sales, care, education, leadership and business experience. We assess each applicant’s ability to win clients, run a responsible staffing operation and meet the financial commitments.
Is this a job or my own business?
It is a paid business opportunity, not an employed position. A selected partner would operate through their own business under a written agreement with Serenity Alley. The agreement will explain each party’s role, use of the brand, support, payment and exit terms.
What will it cost to get started?
Standard Launch is £1,200 and Launch Plus is £5,000 upfront. Both carry a fixed £500 monthly fee, with no revenue share. You also need working capital and money for your own business costs. Any Launch Plus staff-pay funding is subject to written limits and repayment terms.
Can I build another type of business through this offer?
The current operational partner offer covers only HCA healthcare support and SEN education staffing. Other Serenity Alley services remain centrally managed. If you have another business idea, tell us about your background, but the available partner divisions are HCA and SEN.
